Return Policy

LOZZA's return policy allows U.S. customers to return sunglasses within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included, as well as any FREE promotional items shipped to you. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Additionally, items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. For exchanges, LOZZA offers free exchanges for an equal-priced item within 30 days of delivery.

We do not allow any returns via drop boxes or similar services. All returns must be accompanied by a scanned confirmation receipt.
